Hearts Full, Garden Open: Bee Valley Joins the Centuria Taranaki Garden Festival 2025

Opening Our Garden Gates: A New Chapter Begins

If you had told us when we sowed our very first seeds at Bee Valley 4 years ago that one day we’d be part of something as grand and beautiful as the Centuria Taranaki Garden Festival, we probably would’ve laughed, dusted off our boots, and kept digging.

But here we are.

We’ve been quietly sitting on the news for a little while, letting it settle in like morning dew on our dahlias — Bee Valley Flower Farm will officially be an Open Garden as part of the Centuria Taranaki Garden Festival from 31 October - 9 November 2025.

It's hard to put into words how honoured (and a little nervous!) we feel to open our gates, our hearts, and our flower fields to you all.

This isn’t just a chance to admire our blooms — although there’ll be plenty of those. It's a celebration of everything we love:

🌸 Long afternoons picking flowers under big skies
🧺 A good old-fashioned country picnic
🐝 Conversations about bees and biodiversity with the NZ Bumblebee Conservation Trust
🌿 Creative, slow-living workshops that bring hands and hearts together

There’s still so much to do — paths to mow, petals to fluff, signs to paint, and dreams to wrangle into reality. But it’s happening. And we’d love for you to be part of it.

Keep an eye out here on our blog and socials as we share the behind-the-scenes chaos and magic leading up to the festival. We’ll be posting updates, sneak peeks, and stories about the flowers, people, and ideas that are blooming around us.

Here’s to sharing our little valley with the world, one blossom at a time.
With muddy boots and a full heart,
